Sales manager
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with industrial enterprises (LPR) on the supply of raw materials
- Study and analyze the market, the work of competitors, use information to build a strategy for working with a client
- Build long-term relationships with customers, carry out regular deliveries
- Maintain document flow on transactions
- Later become the head of the direction
Requirements:
- Work experience in sales, telephone negotiations (preferably)
- Competent speech, ability to convince and negotiate with people
- Focus on results, desire to earn
- Flexibility of thinking, ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Willingness to actively study, develop professionally
Import Manager
Responsibilities:
- Product analysis and development (chemical raw materials)
- Search for alternative suppliers around the world
- Cost optimization and cost reduction
- Control and support of deliveries at all stages - from placement to receipt of the order
- Procurement planning, traffic control and product turnover
- Business negotiations and correspondence in English
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics or chemistry will be an advantage)
- Work experience in the field of foreign economic activity (required)
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Additional knowledge of German \ Spanish\ Chinese will be an advantage
- Excel proficiency, knowledge of 1C
- Analytical mindset, the ability to systematize information
- Ability to defend your position and achieve the desired result
- Flexibility, willingness to solve non-standard situations, stress resistance
Assistant Manager of Foreign Economic Activity
Responsibilities:
- Help managers of the foreign trade department (correspondence / communication with foreign suppliers on the organization of shipment of goods on current orders, search for new suppliers)
- Place orders to suppliers in 1C and enter requests for spending
- Prepare and check documents for customs clearance
- Maintain document flow (signing contracts, translations)
- Work with samples (registration and delivery control)
- Perform primary processing and systematization of information (Excel)
- To carry out other orders of the head
Requirements:
- Availability of higher education English – written (spoken is welcome), proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
- Confident command of MS Office (Excel), experience in 1C is welcome
- Mathematical mindset, analytical thinking
- A high degree of responsibility for their work, order and consistency
- The desire to develop in the field of foreign economic activity - there is an opportunity to choose the direction of development in the future
